Any other business:
1. Non-Muslim participants-
the question was raised by Nural Huda and Shamima whether non- Muslim women and girls can play in the competitions. It was decided that they can as long as all rules are followed such as females only, dress codes.

2. Promoting the club and registration day through Zayed College for Girls and Al Madinah School- Visit the schools and inform all the girls about the club and registration day.

3. Playing Levels- the playing members will be divided into the following levels. Competition will be against each other within the club initially.
Junior- 7-9 years
Intermediate- 10-13 years
Senior- 14+

This will depend on the amount of players that register.
Senior team can be split into more levels if there are larger number of participants.

Volunteers will be sought to coach and manage teams.
Umpires will also be needed when games start.

4. Commitment- it was discussed that players who register understand the commitment they are making as competitions cannot be run successfully if players regularly miss games.

Meeting adjourned for Zuhr Salaat.
